Calandro’s Mid-City Meat Market Staffing Issues

Folks – we apologize in advance for the inconvenience, but we are temporarily, but critically, short-staffed in our Calandro’s Mid-City Meat Market and Seafood counter. We are doing the best we can to cover the dept., but it is not going to be normal shelves or product for the next few days into next week – especially with steaks, beef, other red meat cuts and pork – and we want you all to be aware before you head this way.

Please bear with us during this time, call ahead if you have any questions about what we may or may not have protein-wise (225-383-7815), and hopefully by mid-next week (~10/6 to 10/8) we can start getting back to normal.

Just FYI, our Calandro’s Perkins location is operating normally right now so if you just gotta have your key Calandro’s steaks, seafood, or other meat products right away, that store is certainly an option across town. Their number is 225-767-6659 if you have any questions or want to call ahead there.
