Calandro’s has the highest quality meat and seafood available in Baton Rouge, bar none. For beef, we stock USDA Prime Beef – and we are one of the only places outside of restaurants where you can get this incredible quality of beef. We have full tenderloins and, with the best butchers in town, can make any kind of cut you can imagine. We also carry a wide selection of USDA Select and Choice Beef, Black Angus and Chairman’s Reserve branded beef, and we even have an excellent selection of Organic, Grass-Fed beef as well. For other meats and poultry, we carry Lamb, Pork, Chicken (including organic and air-chilled choices), Turkey, and much more. We also have a very wide variety of fish and seafood that’s delivered fresh and includes even sushi grade choices! We also make stuffed mushrooms, bell peppers, and eggplant, homemade shish kabobs, meatloaf, pinwheels, crabcakes, and, of course, Calandro’s own homemade Italian Sausage. And even with our huge selection, we know there may be other meat and seafood items you’re looking for that we don’t have. But in these cases, we welcome requests – in-person at our stores, or here on the website – and we’ll do our best to order it for you!
